CPE Survey Results |
We conducted a CPE Planning Survey in early November and got a lot of good feedback. After reviewing the responses, CPE Partner Paul Kiel commented, “We really appreciate everyone taking the time to give us thoughtful, complete answers.” Thank you to all of those who took the time to give us your opinions.
Here are a few of the interesting results from the survey, and what we’re planning to do about them:
- Most of you (59%) plan your training several times per year, but for the ones who plan once per year, right after tax season was the most popular time. We plan to release our new curricula during tax season so that it’s ready to go when you’re ready to plan.
- You overwhelmingly told us that cost and convenience of travel and lodging is more important than an appealing destination for seminars and conferences, regardless of who is attending. We hear you! As we make our hotel contracts for next year, we will focus on getting the most value for your dollar in convenient locations.
- Your areas of greatest need for training continue to be at the staff level, so we will continue our focus on offering a quality core curriculum for this level with plenty of electives throughout the year.
- 66% of you felt that course information in LearningLinks is either easy or somewhat easy to access. We’re glad to hear that! We will continue to strive to make the information we provide clear and descriptive. If you have difficulty with LearningLinks, please call our CPE Help Desk at 877-CPE-NEWZ (877-273-6399). We’ll be happy to walk you through it.
- Respondents were evenly split on their preference for webcasts vs. seminars. We’ll continue to offer both options to accommodate the different learning styles.
